After the exhibition....

Well, that was fun. Our exhibition in Notting Hill was absolutely fabulous!

It was super fun to be on Portobello Road. The sun came out, and everyone was so complimentary on the ambience of our show. Many paintings found new homes, most staying in London, but some continuing down to Cornwall and one to France.

My work hung so well alongside Judes, they complimented each other perfectly. It is always a little unnerving putting something like this together in a relatively unknown location, with quite a few variables. Its also a long time since I was a girl about town, something I thought that maybe was best left in the past, but it was joyful, invigorating and uplifting. Thank you to everyone involved, and all the lovely folk who now have new artwork in their homes - that we share a connection over what we find beautiful is radiant.

Next is Open Studios in May, then a three way show in Cornwall in June, some travel to favourite painting places in July and August, and more workshops in the pipeline at The Coach House, hopefully expanding over the Winter.

I don't know about you but last Winter seemed to last 100 years, so I think some painting workshops, friendly chats of all things arty and coffee are quite the necessity....

Wishing you eternally blue skies
